THE GOOD BROTHERS NEW ALBUM “BLIND FAITH”
Canadian country music legends, The Good Brothers, present to you their single, “True Believer” from the trio’s newest album “Blind Faith”. Written by twin brothers Bruce and Brian Good and Bruce’s son, Travis Good of alt-country band, The Sadies, “True Believer” melds the Good Brother’s classic country and trademark roots sound into a heartwarming track that begs to be repeated.
With “Blind Faith” the Brothers have created an inviting album with songs that explore and celebrate faith and family. “Blind Faith” is distributed in Canada by Outside Music and in Europe by Crossroads Music.
For more than thirty years, The Good Brothers have been innovators in the country music genre, releasing fourteen albums and winning Country Group of the Year at the Juno awards eight years in a row. They have toured tirelessly across North America and Europe.
Inducted into the Canadian Country Music Hall of Fame in 2004, The Good Brothers have continued to create and perform. They released a live album the following year called, “Live at the Rattlesnake Saloon”, and have continued to tour worldwide since.
We look forward to hearing your thoughts on this song!
The Good Brothers album “Blind Faith” is released in September last year. This recording is dedicated to the memory of their parents, Harold and Albina Good, who encouraged them to sing and love music. The songs they’ve chosen represent a blend of traditional bluegrass tunes sung to them as children, and more recent original compositions. This is a glimpse into their family music history. They hope you enjoy listening to this collection of inspirational and gospel songs as much as they enjoyed creating it for you.
Thirty years and 14 albums later, the boys have gone through some personnel changes and personal growth. There have been eight straight Juno awards as Best Country Group, headline gigs at Massey Hall, a platinum album and twenty-eight European tours.
